This "OA office system" was launched in July 2012, after 1 year and 8 months of testing and repeated communication and revision with engineers of cooperation units, and finally confirmed that "internal email management" and "human resource management" were the two major operation modules introduced in the first stage, and were officially put into use on March 15, 2014.

The so-called "OA Office system" is OA, which is the abbreviation of "Office Automation", is a dynamic concept, referring to office automation or automated office. It is characterized by openness, ease of use, practicality, simplicity and depth.

However, "OA office system" through the first phase of the introduction of the two modules into use and with its own characteristics, can help the group company to achieve and solve many problems;

First, it can ensure that the release and reception of information such as notifications are accurate and improve work efficiency. Sending and receiving units or individuals only need a few seconds to operate on the "OA office system", which can achieve the acquisition of the information content of various notifications, documents and materials, completely replacing the manual to each unit to issue notices and materials to obtain information content. As a result, the information acquisition time is greatly shortened and the work efficiency is increased by at least 80%.

Second, the basic information of human resources can be shared to ensure that the information is accurate. All units can use the "OA office system" to share information more conveniently and quickly, work together efficiently, make the internal human resources information exchange fast and smooth, realize the rapid processing of information, and make the work orderly. For example: to realize the information sharing of applicants in all units of the group; Ensure the docking of social insurance is accurate; The accuracy of replacement of special equipment and working certificates when they expire; Employee entry and departure, transaction information and accuracy; Personnel information search quickly and accurately; And other information of human resource management is accurate.

Since the relevant work of "OA office system" was launched in July 2012, it has also received the attention and support of middle and senior management personnel of the group. At the same time, as an important measure and guarantee to improve the company's management and office efficiency, realize information control and save management costs, the introduction and use of other modules of "OA office system" will become a long-term and key work. Therefore, the Group company has developed a "three-step" promotion plan after layers of deployment of the two major operation modules introduced in the first stage;

Step 1 March 2014. To carry out training on the operation and use of "OA office system" for middle and senior management personnel, so that users can have a further understanding and understanding of "OA office system".

Step 2 April 2014. The mail management module was officially put into use and operation, and all units completed the collection and entry of personnel files.

Step 3 May 2014. Conduct secondary training on the process and specific operation of the human resource management module of each unit, so that they can truly master the operating procedures. And officially put into use and operation.

At this stage, all units have officially used the mail management system, and at the same time, all units' offices are also filling in and collecting personnel files and entering personnel information on the basis of the principle of "diligent implementation and strict implementation" as planned.
